Affecting System - Datacenter Migration

This is a scheduled data center migration, as communicated via email. We will begin the migration at 9:00 AM SGT on March 22, 2025.

Expected downtime: 6–12 hours.

We will update this network status with step-by-step details as the migration progresses.


Update 1: We are now turning off the servers at 9:00AM SGT.
Update 2: All servers are on the van now to the new DC - 10:30AM SGT.
Update 3: Our servers are now at the new DC, racking them now - 11:30AM SGT.
Update 4: All servers are working fine now. Waiting for IP announcements to be fully functional. - 13:53 SGT.
Update 5: IP announcements are now fully functional, please open a ticket to our Technical department if your VPS is still not accessible. Please do reconfigure the new /64 IPv6 block if you have not done so. - 18:30 SGT
